Records Liaison Program
Records Liaisons are responsible for ensuring that a section, division or project creates and maintains a List of Records Categories, and that the organization creates, captures, organizes and preserves its records in accordance with the Records Management requirement (JPL Rules! DocID 46333).
Records Liaisons are the records management points of contact for records-related questions from anyone within their organization. Records Liaisons work interactively with the JPL Records Manager to ensure organizational alignment with records management policies and procedures.

Records training
We provide training to assist employees and contractors in meeting Prime Contract requirements for managing an organization’s records.

Paper Records Inventory (PRI) System Training
Learn how to use the PRI System to submit a request to send your inactive records to offsite storage. Includes instructions on how to retrieve from and return records to storage.
Marking and Handling Training Online Marking is the indication of restrictions on documentation – a legend, header, footer or other warning about the restrictions on that documentation and often information about who may or may not see it. Six different online courses are available: Basics for Engineers; General Overview; Controlled Classified Information; Proposal Sensitive; Proprietary Information; and Marking for Scientists.
